How To Order

Fabby lights may be purchased by the general public via website, telephone, or in person at our Los Angeles Studio. Mastercard, Visa and check are accepted methods of payment.

Inquiries by interior design professionals are welcome. Orders placed by interior design professionals begin with a pre-approved process and require completing the To The Trade online registration form. Completed forms are subject to review and do not guarantee receipt of discount pricing. Professional orders must be placed in writing on company purchase order form and payment is by company check. Purchase orders may be emailed in PDF format or faxed to Fabby at 323.939.0206.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping services are available for an additional charge. We take the greatest care in packing our merchandise and we insure all shipments. If something arrives broken, please contact Customer Service within 30 days to report the damage.

Order Canceling

Non-custom order merchandise may be cancelled within 7 days of ordering. Cancellations after 7 days may be subject to a restocking fee. Please contacts Customer Service for assistance should you need to cancel an order. Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned after confirmation of ordering.

Return Policy

Non-custom order merchandise may be returned within 30 days for refund or credit. Non-custom order merchandise may be exchanged within 90 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise being returned should be shipped to Fabby Lighting, 2611 Exposition Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90018 and include a copy of the packing slip. Returns must be shipped in original packing material and insurance is strongly recommended.
